About Me

Exploring and Expanding into Wholeness

I’m Chloe, a therapist, coach, and educator passionate about supporting others on their journeys of healing, growth, and empowerment. With over 20 years of experience in psychology, holistic healing, and creative expression, I combine lived experience, professional expertise, and deep compassion to help clients transform their lives.

My approach is humanistic and person-centred, integrating Jungian psychology, somatic therapy, and respect for the unseen connections that guide us. I believe in the body’s potential as a vessel for vitality, emotional awareness, and creativity—a powerful tool for transforming pain into joy.

Since starting my journey in 2008 as a masseuse and aromatherapist, I’ve trained in yoga, EFT, NLP, and trauma-informed counselling. My academic background includes an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, which has deepened my understanding of healing and personal growth.

I work with clients navigating:

  • Trauma Recovery: I work with clients recovering from complex trauma, helping them process and release past pain while rebuilding a sense of safety, connection, and purpose.

  • Co-dependency, attachment issues, and navigating emotionally immature relationships.

  • Healthy sexuality, menstrual health, and empowered feminine archetypes.

  • Conflict resolution and non-violent communication.

  • Creative Recovery: Through creative expression, I support clients in reclaiming their artistic voice and using creativity as a tool for self-discovery and healing.

In addition to my therapy work, I draw on spiritual and transpersonal practices, with over 20 years of experience as a Tarot reader and Astrologer. These tools provide unique insights for self-discovery and growth.

Beyond my professional life, I express my creativity as a singer, musician, and DJ. I also enjoy organising community events, exploring nature, and studying Tibetan Buddhism and earth-based traditions.

Wherever you are on your journey, I’m here to offer compassion, insight, and a belief in your ability to heal, grow, and thrive.

Testimonials

Working with Chloe has been truly transformational. She provides a nurturing and safe space for online therapy, where I could explore deep emotions, face challenges, and access my inner wisdom. Her extensive knowledge and expertise helped me find structure in my healing journey and release the burden of complex childhood trauma that I’d carried for years.

Chloe’s lived experience, combined with her professional training in trauma recovery, makes her deeply empathetic and understanding. I felt fully accepted as I shared my spiritual beliefs, shame, grief, joy, and aspirations. She introduced me to creative and holistic ways of healing, and her down-to-earth, humorous nature made the journey feel safe and inspiring.

I would recommend Chloe to anyone seeking compassionate support to heal from the past, rebuild confidence, and embrace life with a new sense of freedom.
